MessingerDesign is an owner-run graphic design and digital studio based in Berlin with over 20 years of industry experience. For companies we offer web design & hosting, custom programming, process automation, AI integration, complete IT support, corporate design, print design, print production, photography and livestreaming. For agencies we are a production partner for artwork & final art, Office and InDesign templates, image editing and full-service production. We accompany projects from concept through to ongoing operation.

Our studio is based in Berlin. We serve clients worldwide — from Germany, Austria and Switzerland to Amsterdam, Dubai and beyond. In-person meetings are possible in and around Berlin, everything else runs smoothly remotely.

There is no blanket answer to that — we are simply too varied. Every enquiry differs completely in terms of effort. After the first conversation we will tell you what is realistic.

No, we have no fixed minimum order volume. From small image corrections to extensive website projects — we assess every enquiry individually and give an honest appraisal.

Bank transfer, PayPal and, on request, instalment payments for larger projects. For new clients we often ask for a 50% deposit before the project starts.

With logo design we develop a new logo from scratch. Logo artwork means optimising an existing logo, vectorising it or adapting it for different application sizes — for example for print, web or embroidery.

You receive all common formats: vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF), pixel files (PNG, JPG) in various resolutions, and on request special formats for social media or embroidery machines.

We take time for a detailed briefing and develop from it a well-considered design tailored specifically to your brand. We refine it together with you in 1–2 revision rounds until the result is right. In the end you receive all files plus a short brand-guideline document.

Yes, we develop complete corporate design concepts: logo, colour palette, typography, business stationery and design guidelines. Often combined with Office templates for everyday use.

We rely on modern technologies: Astro for high-performance static websites, WordPress for clients who want to manage content themselves. For special requirements, headless CMS solutions too.

Yes, we offer support packages on request. These include regular updates, security backups, minor text changes and technical support. Larger changes are billed separately.

We currently look after over 100 websites for companies, associations and the self-employed. From the small practice website to the extensive corporate presence with multilingual content.

Our managed hosting includes: SSL certificate, daily backups, 99.9% availability, email mailboxes, German server locations (GDPR-compliant) and personal support. No hidden costs.

Yes, we take over existing WordPress sites and other CMS. After a technical analysis we prepare a quote for migration, optimisation and ongoing support.

Our focus is on Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign. These programs are the most commonly used in companies and agencies for brand-compliant documents — from letter templates and quotes to presentations and brochures.

Yes, our templates are built so that you can adjust colours, logos and content yourself. For larger structural changes we are happy to help — often a quick update is enough.

A typical package comprises: title slide, content slides (text, image-text combinations), chart templates, table layouts, closing slide and usage instructions. All in your corporate design.

Yes, we offer short online training sessions (1–2 hours) in which we explain how to use the templates. Ideal for teams that want to work efficiently and on brand.

We analyse your work processes and identify where AI tools can save time: text generation, image editing, automation of routine tasks. Then we implement the right solutions.

We automate real business processes — much of it is already running in production at our studio and with our clients. Real-world examples: a four-stage dunning system that fully automatically generates and sends invoices, reminders and SEPA transactions as PDFs; an AI knowledge base that automatically sorts company emails and answers questions from your own company knowledge — entirely on your own server, with no data ever leaving the building; a digital guard log for a security service provider with automatic end-of-day closing; as well as custom tools that synchronise data between systems such as accounting and project management. The rule of thumb: wherever the same manual steps come up again and again — typing documents, transferring data, creating reports — there is time to be saved.

Yes — precisely when it matters. Not every project needs maximum data protection; what counts is which data is involved. For sensitive or personal data we rely on European or self-hosted solutions where nothing leaves the building. Where it is uncritical, we also deliberately use the most powerful international tools. We advise you on which approach makes sense for your case, choose suitable providers and support you with the necessary documentation.

Yes, we offer workshops on AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and specialised business tools. From the introduction to advanced prompt development.

We use AI for image editing, code assistance, draft texts and automation. Always as a tool, not as a replacement for human creativity and quality control.

OpenClaw is an AI agent system that runs on your own server. Your data stays with you — no cloud, no data sharing. We install, configure and maintain the solution completely as part of our AI assistant service.

GoBD are the German principles for proper bookkeeping. Companies are obliged to archive business emails in an audit-proof manner. Setting up the necessary infrastructure is part of our complete IT support — not a stand-alone package, but available on request.
