Final Art & Artwork Production
Turning the design into production-ready data: print-ready final artwork and technical logo finalisation – CI-compliant, in every colour variant and for every medium and printing process. From Berlin, as an extended workbench for agencies and brand departments.
For over 20 years we have been turning designs into production-ready data. As an extended workbench for design agencies and brand departments, we handle the final artwork – CI-compliant, technically clean and on time. You provide the design; we prepare it so it runs through production without rework.
Final artwork (Reinzeichnung), also known internationally as final art, means: bleed, trapping and colour spaces are correct, fonts are embedded or converted to paths, spot colours are properly defined and the file is set up exactly to the print shop's specification. We finalise designs into print-ready PDF, EPS and InDesign data – for every medium and every printing process, from offset to embroidery.
A particular focus is logo finalisation. Preparing a logo for production is far more involved than it first appears: from one source we build a complete data package in every colour variant, size and file format – each version cleanly constructed, checked and named.
This experience comes from real brand projects – including final artwork for Audi, VW, Commerzbank, Suzuki and Triumph as well as ongoing logo finalisation for Messe Frankfurt product brands. On request we work entirely in the background as the white-label partner of your agency.

Logo finalisation: why a logo takes so much work
A logo rarely consists of just one file. To appear correctly everywhere – in offset print, on the letterhead, in a PowerPoint slide, on the website, on an embroidered polo shirt or on a vehicle wrap – it needs a whole family of coordinated versions. This is exactly the family we build systematically during logo finalisation.
At its core is a cleanly constructed master file. From it we derive every colour variant: spot colour for premium printing (Pantone or HKS), four-colour build (4C/CMYK) for standard printing, black-and-white line for single-colour applications such as stamps or engraving, plus negative and white versions for dark backgrounds.
Each of these variants is exported into the appropriate file formats: EPS and print-ready PDF for prepress, WMF for Microsoft Office, SVG for web and apps, JPG and PNG for screen and email. Size variants are added too, because a logo for a business card is built differently from one for a building façade.
At the end comes the invisible but decisive work: quality control with test sheets and laser prints, a logical file naming convention and a clear directory structure, so your team and your service providers always reach for the right file. This turns a design into a complete logo toolkit that lasts for years.
Final artwork as an extended workbench – from Berlin, digital worldwide
Many agencies outsource their final artwork to absorb peaks in workload and focus on the creative work. We take on this part reliably and on time – based on your open files, following your brand manual and your print shop's specifications. On request we remain entirely behind the scenes and deliver white-label under your name.
Everything is handled digitally: data reaches us via cloud, server or transfer link and goes back the same way. Location therefore plays no role – we work from Berlin for clients across Germany and internationally. From years of final artwork for major brands we bring an eye for detail: correct bleed allowances, the right colour spaces, embedded profiles and data that runs smoothly in print.
Whether a single piece of final artwork or a complete logo data package across all media: we deliver data that is CI-compliant and runs through production without queries – reliable, on time and, on request, invisibly as your white-label partner.
Frequently asked questions about final art & artwork
What is the difference between logo design and logo finalisation?
In logo design we develop a new logo from scratch. Finalisation means optimising, vectorising or preparing an existing logo for different application sizes – for print, web, embroidery or engraving, for example.
What does a complete logo finalisation include?
From one source we create a master file and derive all required versions: every colour variant (spot colour, 4C, black-and-white, negative and white) in all file formats for print (EPS, PDF), office (WMF, JPG) and web (SVG, PNG) – including size variants, quality control, naming convention and a clean directory structure.
Can you vectorise an existing logo?
Yes. From a pixel original (JPG, PNG) we cleanly reconstruct the logo as a vector so it scales without loss – from business card to façade. Where needed, we refine curves, spacing and proportions.
In which formats and colour variants do you deliver?
Print-ready in all colour variants (4C, greyscale, spot colours, RGB, HEX), in size variants for every application as well as negative and inverted versions.
Do you work for agencies in the background (white-label)?
Gladly. We deliver the print-ready data under your name, following your brand manual and your print shop's specifications – fully digital, reliable and on time.
Which brands have you already worked for?
We have produced final artwork for Audi, VW, Commerzbank, Suzuki and Triumph, among others, and handle ongoing logo finalisation for Messe Frankfurt product brands – reliably and on time.
